Beth Sheehy is the Director of Recruiting and Staffing at Seismic LLC, high tech Cyber Security and Software Engineering firm. Beth is currently the President of the Young AFCEAns and is extremely proud of the group she represents. Her Bachelor Degree in Political Science/Pre-Law was granted by Kent State University, were she was selected to participate in the Washington Program National Issues. In addition to AFCEA involvement, Beth is active in the Kent State Alumni Association DC Chapter and the Washington Program in National Issues Alumni Association. Beth joined AFCEA in the fall of 2005.

Jennifer Stacey is a Resource Manager for Bridges Consulting Inc., in the Laurel Maryland office. While working full-time and funding her own education, Jennifer is very pleased to have earned a BS for a double major in Management and Management Studies from the University of Maryland University College. Heavily engaged with AFCEA's mission and activities beginning in 2007, AFCEA recognized Jennifer's contributions with the Central Maryland Chapter, Young AFCEAN Award, Semi-Annual 2007. Beginning with the 2007 Bull & Oyster Roast Ticket Sales Lead, Jennifer became further involved with the 2008 Bull & Oyster Roast Committee Lead, WIIG member and also WIIG Educational Committee member. Jennifer is currently enjoying and serving a term as VP of Finance.

Randy Findley is President & CEO of Pride Engineering, LLC. He earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his M.S. degree in Computer Science from the Johns Hopkins University. Mr. Findley has been an active member of AFCEA since 2007. He is currently the YAC program chair for the Mentorship Night’s and the webmaster of the AFCEA Central Maryland chapter website.

Ricky Windsor has a colorful technical career ranging from CND/CNO “Cyber”, Systems Engineer, Network Modeling, C&A, and it is mixed with business administration. Earning a Masters Degree in Information Assurance from Norwich University, and obtaining several professional certifications (CISSP, CISA, PMP) along the way. He has spent a significant amount of time overseas delivering coalition solutions for the DoD and is currently working to solve DoD enterprise security issues.

Regan Duguid is a consultant for Booz Allen Hamilton, providing a broad range of IT security solutions for government and commercial clients. Ms. Duguid took a break from the field of technology to become an attorney, prosecuting public corruption and election law cases as Assistant State Prosecutor for the Office of the State Prosecutor. After establishing the State Prosecutor’s Computer Forensics Lab, she was inspired to return to the field of Information Security and joined Cyber Security Operations at Booz Allen.
