1. Offer motivational and inspirational tips for responding to disappointment, rejection, and failure
2. Provide daily humor strategies for coping with your own professional stressors and the opportunity to take the Coping Humor Scale
3. Review the research evidence on how humor in the workplace can boost productivity and retention
4. Suggest more than 60 techniques you can use to create a “fun” work environment similar to the top-rated companies like Southwest Airlines and Google
